Yoga Nieuw Vennep offers daily yoga classes at our comfortable and friendly studio in Nieuw Vennep. We have very experienced teachers and space for maximum 10 students so you get lots of personal attention.
Yoga is a science to connect the mind and body. You will be amazed what even one practice can do for you when you put the effort in. Our yoga classes focus on structural alignment of the body using the Iyengar method. Strengthening the muscles around the joints and creating space in the joints for a healthy and strong body.
Yoga is great for building strength, stamina, flexibility, balance and concentration and calming the mind. All postures can be modified to suit individual needs and levels of capabilities.
